Rule 125
Keeping records of dismissals from service
(1) The officer issuing the dismissal order in relation to the employee who has been dismissed from the service for the purpose of being deemed unfit for government service in the future shall give notice to the Public Service Commission, the Police Headquarters and the Civil Library of such employee including three copies of the open hulia. Such information should be sent by the police head office to each district police office.
(2) If a person who has been dismissed from service as per sub-rule (1) is re-appointed to a service position, he shall be immediately dismissed from service after returning the salary received from him after being so appointed.
